Mutual Aid

Gather & Grow participates in communities of Mutual Aid by providing free herbal medicine and education through partnerships with organizations, activists, and directly impacted individuals. Medicine is made at Community Medicine Making Days using materials donated by participants and is accompanied by instructions for making more after it runs out. In this way, Gather & Grow resists the temptation to profit from plants and instead chooses to share their gifts more widely, in alignment with collective liberation.

Partnerships include Beacon Climate Action Now, The Yard, The Alchemy Festival, Queer Family Network, Beacon Ceasefire Coalition, Amy Whiteeyes, Beacon Craft Workshop, and New Paltz Students for Palestine.
